To capture certain key elements, we created terraced gardens, typical of Provence, which not only bring a Mediterranean vibe to the place but also allowed us to prioritize different spaces and offer breathtaking views of St. Jean Bay from the dining area. The immersive experience continues both inside and outside through color and material harmonies, setting the rhythm of the spaces according to the festive ambiance of the restaurant and the relaxing atmosphere of the beach. The dining area, designed as a column-free arena, is framed by custom-made banquettes and flexible custom furniture.
The iroko wood cocktail bar, featuring a hand-hammered solid travertine countertop, adds an artisanal and authentic touch. A wooden wine cellar with hemp rope shelves evokes the ambiance of a boat cabin. An elevated lounge area connects the interior and exterior, featuring a wooden DJ booth and relaxation banquettes made from an old boat. The large salad bar, adorned with a mosaic of octopuses in sandstone created by French artist Louis Grangier, brings a sophisticated touch inspired by the floors of the Villa Kerylos in St. Jean Cap Ferrat.
Exclusive objects and furniture designed specifically for the venue create an elegant nautical ambiance. The chosen colors, such as royal blue, beige, and terracotta red, pay tribute to France and its art of living.
All the furniture has been specially designed to create an elegant and nautical ambiance. The chosen colors, such as royal blue, beige and terravotta red, pay hommage to France and its way of life. The beige and blue parasols reminiscent of traditional Cannes umbrellas add to the overall harmony. Local plants have been used to evoke the Mediterranean, reflecting a certain French way of life in the heart of the Caribbean The agency has also been selected to develop this concept in other parts of the world, notably in Marbella, Saudi Arabia and soon in Miami.
